There are 2 types of server. Cloud server and Local Server
If you decide to go with local server here are system requirements.

If you are looking for something affordable, I would reccommend refurbished Dell Precision T7810 is pretty good that you can find on Amazon.
If you do not want to deal with local server you may consider cloud server that avoids server related issues.
It may sound like cloud server is more pricy but it's not. for example if server cost 1.5K one time purchase, cloud server is 179/mo but with the cloud server plan you wont be spending money for maintain, and backup work.
