Chirotouch stores all data in a database applciation which is Microsoft SQL. To get better performance from SQL operations your server needs more memory (ram).
Also another important thing is hard drive. For Chirotouch you should use SSD hard drive to to deliver data faster. SSD drives are 10 times faster then regular hard drives.
